I guess it's just jitters, but now that I got back on I've been having to, well really try to relax and release the death grip I have on the bars.
I just don't feel confident in my skills or the bike right now.
Maybe a good night's rest will help, but regardless I'm freaked out.
its natural to feel that way after crashing. give yourself time to get back into the groove and dont put pressure on yourself.
