was it how do you set the rear shock to be stiffer or do you want the rear of the bike to be higher or both?

Hmmm remove stock shock.  Install Katana shock.  Presto the rear of your bike will be higher.

yep a katana shock or a sv650 shock is the easiest way, other than that you can get lift kits from germany, which you change your dog bones ect, pain in the arse and you still have the crappy gs500 shock, get a new shock. simple :thumb:

thats what mine looked like after i put the sv650 shock in it

the shocks you can use are rgv250 (won't raise your tail) gsx750(katana, will raise your tail)
or sv650(yellow shock only(the white ones won't fit)) that will also raise your bike.
ebay is the cheapest place to get them, good luck :thumb:

He said he's israeli in another thread. Quite honestly, it's easier to understand him than it is to understand deathlucky. Or hell, mattyB500(SAT score)

500 isn't great, but it's at least average.  Shouldn't his be more like 200?

shenobi:
The SAT is a test taken by people desiring to get into college.  A perfect score on the verbal (or math) section is 800.  Average is 500.  Choosing randomly will get you about a 200.

We weren't making fun of you, English isn't your first language, and you're doing a damn good job. I was making fun of another member here who speaks worse english than you.. and it's his first language...

Your English is certainly better than my Russian!

"Garavayu nimnoga pa Ruske, no ni ochen harasho."

Good luck with your tail section and stick around!

Shenobi the best option for you to raise the back end of your GS is to replace it with the rear
shock from Katana 600 in Israel known as GSX600F
There are plenty of them around,go look in Tel-Aviv shops
for used one or Ebay(cheaper)...so problem solved!
RGV250 is also an option but it won't raise the back much

Oh, Egaus.. I wasn't implying a 500 on the verbal section. I was implying a 500 total score. On the old scale, out of 1600, not this new crap with a computer scored writing section that makes the total 2400...
