We home brew the jetting ...
Some people have had trouble with a kit, some have got it to work. Home brew has better success ratio ...
Cool.

Carbs from the 92 - easy ...
125/40/1/3 - stock filter and pipe or not.
127.5/40/1/3 - K&N in airbox and pipe.
150/40/1/3 - pipe and Pod.
Set floats to the top of float bowl, and synch the carbs eyeball. Set/check the valves too while you're in there.
Cool.

Would 127.5/40/1/3 apply to K&N lunchbox and stock pipe?  That's what I was planning to do with my '92.

Lunch box and stock pipe will be closer to 145 ... though too many people have reported some problem or the other with that set up ... first thing you'd wanna change is the pipe IMHO ... Air filter is OK, cleaner is better, I'll do stock filter and swap the pipe if I were you ...
Cool.
