I don't have a centerstand, and I'm gonna need to remove the front and rear rims (one at a time I think)...
How can I accomplish this?
No centerstand? I guess you could look into those rearstands that attach to the axle. Or you could rig up some kind of hoist with ratchet straps.

A few concrete blocks and a towel to prevent scratches, given that you have someone to help lift it up, and you can use a ratcheting strap though the blocks and then around the bike frame to help secure. Thats a cheap set up that works well.
Safest way is to suspend the bike, one end at a time from something; tree, rafter, whatever. You will need at least one ratchet strap. As you jack it up keep in mind that the strap can slip and tip the bike side ways.
If you still have the center stand just put it back on and set the bike on it. Once your done you can take the centerstand back off. I do that everytime I have to clean/ lube the chain.

This is what I use to do it.....

Just some info....Ratchet straps are not supposed to be used for "live" loads...(same for "come-alongs"..)-- Ie raising and holding weight.... I've personally had them fail -luckily while I had my hands on the bike I happened to be lifting....no damage to the bike or me but I was pretty lucky.
I've done the concrete brick method too ( and strapped the front wheel down to hold the rear up...)..
Man, AlphaFire's pic looks like a bike torture device...
or maybe something we will see in a squid video soon -- let's see, just add a kid's merry-go-round and a couple of volunteers...
or how about something that S&M/Bondage SV riders do when they aren't on the road? :o
Torture device or a motorcycle lynching.....
Am I the only one that just saw Mandres avatar? Tell me it's some crazy hacker that just did that.
I hope so. I did pm him about it.
Edit: I'd hate for someone to get fired for checking out the site at work.
Second Edit: Okay, maybe not everyone. :icon_mrgreen:
Third Edit: He was leeching his avatar. Apparently the leechee didn't like it.

Please keep your bondage fetish in the off-topic area.......
What if a "hanging" is not an option? :)
That looks like each strap has a few redundancies.
I had to do something similar when I did my fork seals the first time.
