Hello,
I have a friend of a friend of a friend who sells LED motorcycle lights, we've got one of his brake lights on my boyfriend's KLR and are very pleased with it... they are the kind that flash when you brake, highly visible, and they are simple to install - just swap out the bulb, no messing with wires.
He does not currently carry a light for the GS but says he would if there was sufficient interest. I'm not sure how many that is but figured I could ask here. Price would be in the neighbourhood of $100 Canadian.
This is his website

Being visible is always a plus, but $100 CDN is too steep for me.

Dude, that factors out to like, $3 US.
Okay, really $88.14 with today's exchange rates, but whatever.
Not to put GS_Jenn's friend down, but Ebay has 'em for about that price WITH a clear or smoked lense

do they flash also? because she said these do. I believe they have some kind of microchip in them. you can also get led, then buy a flasher unit. that's what i did.
Yeah these flash. I have no idea what they sell for elsewhere, just putting the info out there. If this guy's prices are unreasonable I can pass that along to him as well.
Please don't get me wrong...
His price isn't unreasonable (IMO)... It's just about the same as other products.
His website is very nice... I think the price is fair as well.. but to be compettitive if he can offer it for a bit less sweet :thumb:
Anyway.. he deff. looks professional and that is worth something as well.. If he backs his product and continues to represent himself as well as he is online.. His lights may be worth more ! :)
