I am playing with this: http://www.btinternet.com/~mezporting/exhaust_length.html to make a custome exhaust for my bike and I need the cam specs. Anyone know where I can get them from?

I need the exhaust open and close.

Stock Lift .345"
Duration at .040" 243°

Stock 1989 GS-500 E for your reference.

Anyone know how to convert this into BBDC and ATDC?
