I will be recieving the factory rear pegs off of an 03 gixxer i think it is. I will be installing them on my gs500.
If anyone is curious, here is a link to sho the installation. and also some pics of how much BETTER it will look, the factory rear pegs on this thing are HUGE and ugly. Big rubber pegs.
There is a nice before and after pic in there. Im just happy to finally be modding this thing, wether its cosmetic or performance, which is coming very soon.

i will prolly just make my own exhaust hanger and polish it, we have enough odd-n-end stainless at my work.
I did this too.
I made up some small square brackets with four holes in them, cut off the old footpeg hangars and drilled a couple holes in the frame on each side. It was was a very easy mod and I think it looks great!
I can take a close up of the brackets if anyone is interested.
