Welcome!

Great helmet!  I have two.  Get a FogCity ProShield insert so it doesn't fog up so much on ya.  And, get another shield for it, too (one tinted, one clear, with the insert).

a-stars pants are good. their bat pant is what I used even on all the trackdays I did, up until just recently when I got a 1-pc suit. check newenough.com for closeouts.

Also, the matching brand pants to the jacket will have a matching zipper to connect them. But, any pant you buy will come with BOTH sides of that zipper so you can have it installed by an alteration shop.

If you get textile, be sure to get no less than 500denier.  Have you seen what happened to me in the link above?

Yes, these worked almost as well as I wanted.  I so wish I had full length jeans on underneath.  I now wish for higher denier.  I am looking towards TourMaster Cortech overpants, now.
