Bottom of the tank, it's simply a cushion to prevent scratching of the frame. Use some weather stripping adhesive to put it back onto the tank. They along the sides, right by the lip.

Thanks. "They"? More than one? The diagram shows only the one... I have some Barge, it will do fine, it's a lot like 3M weatherstrip cement. No trace of adhesive on the rubber block now, though....

There is 2 on either side of the tank, and they keep the tank from vibrating.
