hi
im thinking of doing a rejet but i dont really like the sounds of putting a washer under the needle so can u get a needle that can be adjusted with a clip or some thing
On the older European models the needle has five grooves for the e-clip. The newer ones are also adjusted with washers, far as i know.

Wrecent - put the washers above the plastic spacer. No real huge deal, but the slides are plastic, and metal against plastic is a bad combo. The white plastic spacer anyway can be replaced and when the needle spins its takes the whole shebang with it. So you wont have metal spinning against plastic anyway. but having metal on the bottom you may have metal spinning against plastic of the slide.
Cool.

US is the only country that got non adjustable needles - 5DH8
All other countries got the 5 way adjustable needles that MarkusN describes - 5DH9
then may-b someone should price non us needles (5DH9) from sudco......
or Non US suzuki dealer
and then purchase 50 sets....
so my gs500f 2006 modle already has adjustable needles?
woooo thats a HUGE needle

Nope. If I look into the documentation for the European models, 2000 and prior have a clip position mentioned, 2001 and later not. 2001 is when the new carb type was installed. So the newer models seem all to come with a non-adjustable needle.
dam so were can i get some adjustable ones
are all needle the same on are they diffrent shapes lengths and widths?
thank you
you can get adjustable for the post 2001 bikes the number for that is 5dh41 suduco have it listed so shouldn't be a mission to get
