Title: Seat difference Pre vs +01

I understand that the 01 brought about a change in the fuel tank which caused an alteration of the seat at that time.

Has anyone tried a pre01 seat on a +01 to see how much mod would be required to fit?

Want me to see if it is a snap on replacement? I have a pre '01 seat in my room right now and I'll give it a shot.
