Title: gs500 custom paint jobs?
Post by: niccolai on August 20, 2006, 08:53:53 PM
Title is self explanitory.

I'm going to get it painted (after the warranty runs out) and I'm trying to get a feel for what colors looks good and what doesn't. A little inspiration if you will.

I've seen the photo gallery and there's some cool stuff on their.

anyone else have any pictures of resprayed gs5's or custom graphics ect?

I'm more so interested in gs500f jobs.

GS500F's huh... well Airbrushes F is off the charts. I can't think of any other F's that are sprayed. LOts of E and K jobs though. As I'm sure you saw in the photo section.

Here was a fun little project on my 05' F , staying true to the GS design made it relatively easy, and I was kind of going with the sleeper idea, where it sort of appears stock, but to those who know better its surely not!

mine's solid metallic black.  i'm contemplating tearing her down and doing a satin PC on the frame and matte back PC for the engine and trans.

Nothing too fancy but if you've seen some '04s you can tell a difference...

Hey Fet...  You're not allowed to post any more pictures.  Your GS makes me want to mod mine that way...  I CANNOT be putting more money into the GS.  Hopefully by this January, I'll have a new bike.

Well... That bike got run over by a car about a year ago... Somebody sould build another one! Unfortunatly my other bikes keep me too busy to take on another project. However my buddy and I were talking about buying a couple cheap street/trail bikes to ride in the winter. hmm...
