What gaskets?

All gaskets are basically the same except that you can get copper head gaskets.

Depending on what are blowing, either the bolts are not properly torqued or the surfaces are not smooth.

Yeah, there is nothing about gaskets that require them to be strong.  They're made out of paper!  If a gasket is blowing, something is wrong, not related to the gasket.

Ah once again we have the lovely head gasket problem on an o6'. Might as well take it back and shove it up  their ass now rather than wait 12 gaskets later. My paperwork from my 1st head gasket repair states that they "put in a thicker rubber head gasket" to solve the problem, didn't think they made rubber ones? Anyways guess what, it blew 30 miles later! Get rid of it now or end up in court lvs suzuki like me!  :nono:

Sorry just making an educated guess. So let us hear what or which gasket or gaskets are the culprit?

Actually you are probably correct. Especially since the other posted problems with the head gasket and it is the only one under any real pressure. Others will generally just leak a little oil. But then, if it is an abused and un-serviced engine......

Thicker rubber gaskets ... and they used thinner rubber gaskets for the head gasket stock, OK there goes their admission of guilt ... Essentially head gaskets are paper thin sheets of some strong ass metal like steel covered with what looks like ceramic. Thick or thin rubber ... is for inner tubes and condoms ... not for head gaskets. I think if you got that in writing, you have it made, and death lucky should work up to it al well.
Cool.

Isn't a condom a head gasket?

Yes it is TYPED on my service report "REPLACED WITH THICKER RUBBER GASKET" Very easy to read. Gotta love those guys eh. Wonder what else they f'd up on the bike. I feel sorry for whoever buys it after Suzuki is forced to buy it back from me.
