yeah. It was the bike Nicky Hayden used to ride in MotoGP.
afaik the early rc's had cooling issues, is that still the case?
i love the sound :thumb:
Friend of mine traded in his RC for a 600RR. He said the RC was real heavy :dunno_white:
Personally I love the way the RC sounds and looks.
My bike is really similar to the RC. The RC has better suspension and a bit more power. But they are similar enough to make a comparison.
How would you like to drive a '69 Camaro everday, with a big block? Or a old 'Cuda or a Shelby Cobra? Sure a Ferrari is faster, but those old muscle cars are where it's at.
That is like the RC. The 1000RR is better faster and probably runs cooler. But a big v-twin is like a push rod big block V8. There is something visceral about them that is hard to explain. The sound maybe. The shake, rattle, and roll. Plus you get all that performance and amazing looks without having to fall in line with all the cookie cutter race replica boy racers with in line fours and Telephonica/Repsol team paint.
Once you ride a 1 liter V-twin...you will understand.
True dat. True dat.

I am a total ass hole.
And I'm finally layin' down the vibe I've always wanted.
