Title: Carb Tuning/Rebuild Project

Recently picked up a used (new to me!) GS500E. I definitely see why people complain about low-end hesitation. Interested in replacing exhaust with V&H, K&N lunchbox, and carb rejetting. Can anyone tell me what size mains/pilots I need? And other settings? Better yet a link to Srinath's guide (which I can't seem to find...) would be great.

Ordered a Factory Pro kit already. Will this have what I need? Or do I need something else?

Look in the FAQ for the rejetting matrix.  

You'll need a 40 pilot, and somewhere between 140 and 150 mains.
