I don't understand why you are doing this?
there are many things one must consider before they do a front end swap
and you don't mention most of them
most of the pics you have are of other suz front ends....and they swap out pretty easily
better to do a bunch of searching and determine which front ends are "easy" to swap....
the info is almost too vague to understand
if you wanted to use the GS front wheel on almost any other front end...other than a kat.....would be a royal PITA with sleeves and spacers

There is a list there of motorcycles that use matching steering bearings. (I need to solve a little problem with the link) They should all be easy to swap as long as the stem isn't shorter. Some people may want a specific fork for appearance and will do what it takes to make it fit.

I think he has done well, swapping forks is not something I would consider doing but I know whats involved. I find it interesting and feel it deserves credit. Remember its not intended to be a step by step guide on how to swap forks but it does highlight some of the issues that may occur and considerations that have to be made. AND the all important disclaimer is in there.
