specially if giver of said hummer is a hottie :icon_mrgreen:
as IF that mattered...
I still prefer the original Hummvee H1
If someone was trying to kill you, and you bought one of those to protect you. All the person would have to do is wait till you fill up with gas and bang!. They can't get that many miles per gallon :dunno_white:

Why? Huge, stupid, ugly, slow, not a great off-roader, useless, overkill, too large, stupid.
I think all of those damn things are screwed.

I just saw a couple Escalades sitting in front of a local "we put really expensive and useless crap on your car" shop. I swear they had 30's on them... it looked ridiculous. Kinda like the old Bigfoot with a normal size pickup body and two giant disks for wheels that sit too close together, way outta proportion. I really should get a picture and inspect the tire sizing
I think the Gurkha looks friggen cool... Now... If they could make it 3/4 the size and fit a 100% electric engine in it... Then make it cost $8,000... I'd TOTALLY get one!

You do realize that the H1 is the civilian version of the military Hummvees, right?
The H2(eh...) is smaller, but made to compete with the Mercedes and Lexus style SUV's.
The H3(total crapola) is tiny, and made (and priced) to compete with Jeep SUV's.
Ever since General Motors came out with the H2, I've been put off by them... They took a perfectly great H1, and made it squat down and produce a smaller sibling. I've driven a couple H1's. Loved 'em. Max speed is 83 mph, but IMO, the accell is pretty quick for the weight.
I drove an H2, didn't like it.
You will never catch me in an H3, let alone drive one.
