Me and some peeps rode to Duluth yesterday to hang out and spend the night.
My chain broke and I'm in desperate need for a new one ASAP to get home.
It seems that Sunday is a bad day for this to have happened.
The Harley shop is open, but are not of much help.
Any ideas. I will literaly buy the chain off your bike if you can go two days without one. If I can't find anything today, they will surely be closed tomorrow for the holiday.
Please help, you will get a new chain out of the deal.
reply with contact info.

Sorry to hear that dude, unfortunately I dont have a chain, I also called a few shops down here for you but they are all closed.
Maybe someone else in the area will have one...lets hope
That royally sucks. I hope another member near there can help out.
How is the Harley shop not much help? They should have a 520 or 530 chain that you can use to get home, and a chainbreaker to break the chain down to 110 links, and a masterlink. The only other problem you're going to have is finding an 8mm wrench, but they should have a standard size that may work (may have to shim it with a piece of paper), to take off the countershaft sprocket cover.
Dude, I'm in Atlanta, and you're welcome to the chain off my bike, since it's not in riding condition right now anyway. I'm on exit 249D at Tech. I know I'm like 20 miles out of your way by interstate, but if you want it, it's yours. I probably have the right tools to get it off for you. I think? Drop me a PM if you want it.

Maybe I'll call you.. but it's 4:13.. too late!
I read that title and thought "How many Duluths are there exactly in the states?" I knew of at least 2.
I must be going blind I still don't see a mention of a state, I thought he rode down here for the races at Road Atlanta. He pm'd me and asked to read this thread :dunno_white: Where ever you are hope you get your chain fixed to you can make it home.
I assumed being that he is from Canada he didnt ride to Atlanta for the night. MN seemed to make more sence
I am also assuming the "he" is a he :thumb:
I was also going to offer you my chain but I thought u were in Duluth, TX. :dunno_white: That blows man, but you should always carry an extra chain </sarcasm>
I think cycle gear is open and you can have them FedEx you one like, super-fast.

Don't worry dude, I made the same assumption, that's why I offered him my chain. We're both too quick to be nice and not quick enough to read!
