do they sell those as a replacement part any where? Just Curious.

The only avaible parts are the actual bars themselves from places like Bikebandit or Mr. Cycles,

you might even find the bar clamp, but they are pretty rare from part suppliers

Best place to find them is ebay

Check in eBay in Europe also. Clip ons were available there much longer.

And Canada too, my bike is 1990 and has clip-ons.
