So when tearing apart the engine after removing the clutch there are 3 screws, two of them came out no problem but the third I stripped...bad. I went to home depot and got a screw extractor which doesnt seem to be able to bore into the screw which is pretty hard...errrrr any advice??
heres some advice ... dont strip screws. :nono:
yeah the screw extractor usually requires you to drill a hole throught the screw then insert the extractor so it has some thing to grab

get that exhaust bolt extracted when you can. Do not leave it in there and continue to ride. It will really cause a lot of problems, that you may not be aware of. It can cause a leak in your exhaust which will cause the engine to run hotter and may eventually bend a valve.
I'm speaking from experience. Either get a shop to take it out or try it yourself but try not to ride with only 3 exhaust bolts. Good luck :)
Also, see if what's left of the screw spins freely. Use your finger or a small flathead screwdriver. I've snapped one before, and was lucky enough to be able to spin it out with the screwdriver.
