Usually how long do you give people to ship the merchandise before you say F**K IT, and just cancel the order?
Paid for two things from 2 different people , one person said they would ship it out about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I emailed them last week and no response.
Other item was the Katana rear rim with sproket and rotor. Said to give 6 to 8 buisness days for delivery but it's been 12 buisness days now. And they are not answering emails.
In all the years I have used ebay I have never has problems like this before, oh well if they are not at my house tonight when I get home will call cc company and dispute charges.
First contact Ebay. I found the link to report an item not received.

Usually, when this happens, the "forces" the seller to do something quick.
Hopefully this works out for you.
BTW... I'm guessing that the bra and panty set you order from the first guy was out of stock. Maybe you could pick a different color. I can't see you wearing the red silk set. Maybe the pink? :laugh: :laugh: :cookoo:

Back on topic I email the sellers again, called one of them, no response after 48 hrs. Did the paypal resolution thing. Now I'm going to call my credit cards and dispute charges
Curious, did you use PayPal and put it on credit card that way?
that is the way to go about it. I have been burned once on ebay but with the help of ebay, paypal and CC dispute got all my money back and the seller was banned from ebay and his paypal account was frozen.

Yes I never take money directly out of my bank account unless it's for a friend ( .15 :icon_mrgreen:). Otherwise I use paypal to put it on a credit card, keep the money in the bank and when the bill comes I just pay it in full.
All the years and with all the stuff I have bought on ebay this is the first time something like this has ever happend to me.
One of the sellers has a 99.3% positive feedback score with 590 remarks left. the other guy had only 19 feedbacks left but they were for expensive items and 100% most of his was as a buyer tho not a seller.
Anyway hopefully will get my money back soon cc company said I won't be billed till this situation is closed, now I'm going to have to go and shop for a new helmet all over again :mad:
