Now that you mention it... I was thinking about doing a trip the first weekend of October, my Fall break starts on the 5th and runs through the 8th.

Man, I wish I could. I've aready been down there twice this year though, and I don't think the wife would be happy about another motorcycle trip. Definitely down for next June again though, provided you guys didn't mind my company.

I might be going to California this year instead of Deals Gap.
The California trip would be insane. It'd go something like this:
Ride from Austin, TX to Seattle, WA. Ride from WA down to Los Angeles, CA taking various backroads over the course of like, 2 weeks. Ride from So Cal back to Austin.
I think it comes out to like 3000+ miles in 3 weeks or less. Freakin' sweet.

It should be some time this summer, not sure when (or if that is the route they are taking), but I'm pretty sure that's the format for that meet. I'll be going with my dad and a lot of the FZ1 board members who will met us along the way.
Wish i could go but i have to try to save money for my move.

I think he was confusing you with Alpha.
Edit: I'm going to Atlanta and taking a day trip to Deal's Gap next month, weather (and wallet) willing. Tentatively the weekend of the 14th.
no more math tutoring right?
Im active duty army,
Whatever branch you join (hopefully its the airforce) join in the spring. Basic training will suck just a little bit less.
thats what i hear.
remember the song?
YVAN EHT NIOJ
Do the right thing and be a Marine! That's catchy. Why do you want to enlist Ranger? I just got out the Marine Corps in July. Did six years total. Had fun, hated it, barely here today because of it, but I'm here and I'm happy.
nothing better to do realy. what better way to get in shape if your to lazy to do it at the gym. is to have some one wake you up at 0500 and make you do it.
Geting in better shape is not worth wasting any of your life in the suck. The AF is the only way to go
So was this about deals gap or the guy joining the armed forces?

You also get to do awsome stuff like pick up trash. Be the last guy in the back of a 1,300 person chow line standing at parade rest from 3 to 7:30 in the morning,
Being hungry all the time, doing long division in your head to stay awake in the midle of the night in a foxhole so you dont get bit by a brown recluse spider like all the other weak minded bitches who are in basic traing with you.
Seriously, Its not that bad all the time. I make my living by working a 6 hour day 5 days a week. And when I say work I mean sit in the back of a helicoper and look out a window.
change of plans... finished school
i hopefully start my new job by dec, i should clear ruffly 40k a year starting
Join the french foreign legion dawg
