I used to pay $80/yr with progresive for just liability, the best feature is you start adding bikes the cost goes up just a little. The second bike is ~$12, third is $10, fourth is $8 and so on...I at one time had 7 bikes insured for around $110...Sweet...IN North Carolina I have to pay the same bleeding $109 for any added bike...Cant wait for progressive to start writing here...2004 is what I have been told. Till then my agent and nation wide are getting a call anytime I decide to ride another bike...
Cool.
Srinath.

31 & 32 year olds on same bike without license or msf $315 with Gieco (more than just the dirt basics) went down when friend got his license and will go down more when we both pass msf and I get my license.
I think it would have been under 200 for just me, even without license or riding experience.
