in no particular order, here are the ten best unbeaten teams according to the AP poll (week 3)
As we all know here at GStwin, we are WAAAAAY smarter than the media could ever be, so lets do this right ;) :thumb:.... who is the best team in the country? Feel free to include your reasons for your pick and your top ten if you like. Voting ends on Wednesday.
GEORGIA TECH!!!!! WOOWOO!!!
Ok.. so we're not undefeated... but f%$k it... we're GEORGIA TECH!!!
LSU
GEAUX TIGERS!!! LSU should be undefeated that call by the refs in the Auburn game was BS.

As much as everyone here wants to play fan favorites, no one would be able to match up well with USC, Auburn, or Ohio State. They're simply at another level this year. Notre Dame is also the most overrated team ever. If I had to pick one, it would be my school... my Trojans... USC. :thumb:
USC
for now...only undefeated teams....as time progresses, we will move away from that, as there is no chance of 10 undefeated teams lasting much longer than 3 weeks. but for now, UT is out, and so is LSU.
p.s. Hokie fan though I am, i will reserve my vote until after the football week is done ;)

PS - Where are those SEC fans who made fun of me before the Arkansas game? You're lucky I've been drinking, I'm looking that thread up when I'm sober!
alright... i'm ready to cast my vote...
and unlike others on the board, i'm gonna vote my conscience and not my heart.
Nobody has risen to the top definitively just yet.
So, the best team in the county to date has to go to one of only two teams who marched into an opponent's house and beat them when they were #2 in the country.... OSU and Michigan both put on impressive performances, but ND isn't making me a believer just yet, so I have to go with OSU by way of thier victory over Texas.
As much as this hurts to say... I think the pollsters have it right (for now).
OSU
OK, now to get that nasty buckey taste out of my mouth....
Hokie, Hokie, Hokie, Hy.
Techs, Techs, V.P.I.
Sola-Rex, Sola-Rah.
Polytechs - Vir-gin-ia.
Rae, Ri, V.P.I.
TEAM TEAM TEAM!!!
Ah, that's better.
Not a college fan but my boys are 2-0 and looking to take out Minnesota tommorrow

OSU
Can I get an O.. H...
I think OSU is in the right spot at #1, and I think USC has a good chance to jump Auburn... But I give a big hats off to both Auburn and West Virginia. Auburn's a heavy hitter and WVU has got speed like crazy.
I would love to say VT but OSU
