I'm sooo pumped for Sunday. I'm heading back home to Ohio this weekend to take care of some stuff and it just so happens that the AMA Superbike Champion Shootout is taking place at Mid Ohio this weekend. Looks like I'm heading there sunday morning and driving straight back to MD afterwards. Will update with pics when I get around to it.
I had a huge trip planned with three friends to go to that race this weekend from Kansas State University. We have a friend who graduated fom here and works for Honda in Ohio as a mechanical design engineer. He got us FREE pit/garage passes and we were going to camp out at Mid Ohio.
All of the sudden, my damn work decided to send two of us to Oklahoma City from Sunday to Thursday of this week for a conference. That put the kabosh on the plans. Bummer!
