Hi All,
Just finished watching Anthony Hopkins in The Fastest Indian In The World. Although it is not a fast-paced film (despite the title), I would still recommend it. Those who enjoy modding their bikes for performance would especially enjoy the film. :thumb:
I *LOVED* this movie! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
the film student in me screams its The World's Fastest Indian not The Fastest Indian in the World
and yes, yes it was a good movie
My latest netflix:
Find me Guilty with Vin Diesel - suprisingly good, funny, I enjoyed it
The Education of Shelby Knox - annoyed me...good idea..poor execution
Everything is Illuminated with Elijah Wood - strange but I liked it alot
The others I haven't watched yet, I wish theyd have some better releases before December but :dunno_white:
Thank you for the correction--you'd think I'd get the title right since I just watched the film.
Film student! Man, I'm glad that wasn't an option when I went through school. My dad flipped his lid when I switched from pre-med to English. I can only imagine his reaction if I told him I was going to be a film student (or art history major, for that matter).
Seriously though, what does a film student do? Do you want to go into directing, teaching, journalism?

People often ask me, what do physicist do... and I say: O0
 I was premed too!!! Then I had to take a couple classes that related to literature and I took a film class. Then I was addicted and took a bunch more...then I decided I hated Science and ran far far away from it. And school. I took a year off. I go back in January for a major in Comp Sci and a minor in Film cause...well exactly wtf do you do with a film degree? I don't wanna move to Cali..and I don't want to teach. Who knows what I'll end up doing. I did alot of critical reviews for the school paper..that'd be a cool job...but its tough to make real money at so thats why I'm taking the Comp Sci to fall back on.

This was about the best movie I've seen for Aa long time. Even my eldest boy liked it. :thumb: :thumb:
Good movie... I was expecting it to be more about the motorcycle and less about the people and journey, but my GF liked it which neither of us expected
Yeah, that movie kicks ass. Any bike lover can empathize with this guy. I thouroughly enjoyed it, and recommend it to all.
