Title: How to identify if present K&N air filter is pod or other?
Post by: Gibba on October 07, 2006, 11:11:10 AM
I am currently mustering up enough will and testicular might to attempt a rejet and cleaning of my carbs.

For this I need to get the proper parts for the main/pilot jets and washers on the Rejetting Matrix.

There is presently a K&N air filter installed on my '95 GS500E. How can I find out if it is the "pod" or "lunchbox" kind? What is the difference between these kinds? I have always been confused by the terminology.

I would appreciate your input!

Artem
