I'm guessing that the mod was trying to do an ip ban, but unfortunately, you have the same/similar IP as them.
I don't know. None of the things you posted were nudity, and certainly not offensive. And I've seen worse.

they're saying it because of my alternate s/n which was "Squidward"... which I'm guessing made some one mad when I posted the thread "Got Myspace" in the tard farm, which is supposed to be an unmoderated section of the boards.
I'm pretty sure its because it was a group aimed at a specific person.... and no one got out of hand in that thread, but it doesn't really matter, I'll just keep using proxy servers, and alternate names, and it will become a running joke.
I actually didn't violate anything in the site's TOS agreement that you accept when you join, so... I dunno.

actually the rules pretty clearly state alternate identities are strictly prohibited. The user agreement you click when you sign up confirms that you will adhere to the forums rules. If you're banned over the alternate identity, then you're banned because you didn't follow the rules. Plain and simple.

well it does say " just to start trouble or be insulting." so there's discretion in that. I was unaware of this until just now... We really can't have everyone making alter-egos for posting insults and such. It was getting out of hand and I dont start with bans. They are only a last resort. I usually ask the person to change their name back, refrain from changing it, and/or discontinue use of the alter-ego (through use of name ban).
Tragic's IP also coincides with Nick.

Hahaha... yeah, yeah I did. But I still HAVE a bike. I just can't ride it. I'm currently riding Dave (blue05twin)'s bike instead. Man, that thing is great. He's got progressives up front and a katana shock in the rear. It's amazing how it handles in the mountains, and even on flat ground. I like it so much more than my stock setup. I'll be in the market for a kat shock very soon. I need to pick up my 4.5" rear rim too, since it's already paid for. Problem being that I can't afford new rubber to cover it with! :laugh:

Haha, yeah, I owe him big... As for the "kid".. well, he's a 2nd year here at Tech. I know him personally. I despise him. Since before he caused me to wreck. The worst part was that he just walked away as if it hadn't happened, whilst I laid there with the bike pinning me to the ground.
