well im still shaping my solo tail trying to get it just right, it always takes longer than you think... but its lookin better

Becareful if you are using dissimilar materials to fill voids or fabricating shapes. Varying temperature can cause it to crack. The 01+ race tail master I made has several cracks that I have to fix before pulling the mold. Also, spend plenty of time getting a smooth finish. Any and every imperfection will be transferred to the mold and to every part.

yea i know its a pain, but im going to gelcoat the whole tail before i take the mold, it will help to see all the little pits and such and ill wet sand it for the smoothest finnish i can get..
