Hang out here with the cool kids!  The UK site is pretty cool, there are quite a few guys doing unique mods to GS500's and such.  Problem is...the forum never seems to be on topic.  It honestly feels like a chat room to me.  I'm not interested in peoples personal chat when browsing the "general" forum.  I'll click on a topic about exhaust and after the first post it ends up;

"Hows ur mum?"
"She's topsies, runnin me mad with the clipsies and clopsies!"
"Toss the old bag a plum!  That'll down the plotter!"
"Whoopsies!"

GSTwins.com is where its at, baby!

No doubt Cal is a member of both.

Hey, my man!  It doesn't matter where you're from on this site.  We've got ze Germans, limies, kiwis, Aussies, and Texans.  There are tons of Americans, and even indiginous people that live west of the Mississippi River, though not fully recognized by the Americans from the East Coast.  We take all shapes and sizes.

Now get on the good foot and post up pictures of your bike.

Welcome, mad marc! ;)

Perhaps the mods are bogged down with life right now, and they've not had a chance to approve the new members. Hopefully, they will soon, and then you can enjoy BOTH sites!  :thumb: :icon_mrgreen:

Pandy, ever watchful, has never been too bogged down for such matters.

Always watching. . . always judging. . . look at the baby, look at the baby, look at the baby. . .

Hi mad marc, welcome.

Jake was right, I am a member of both, I never had any technical problems using the UK site but after a very long absence i recently tried to log on and it wansn't having it. probably me and passwords! or an old e-mail address. I did not get an answer to my "re-advise" plea so i suppose I'll have to re-register.

Hey, if you are from South Wales could you nip around to "Busters" for me and ask where the £$%& the shock absorbers I have on order for my Yamaha have got to, I need them for M.O.T.............

I assume that they're trying to avoid spammers.
