Title: geting the katana rear wheel
Post by: rangerbrown on November 07, 2006, 07:16:34 PM
the one i am geting isnt coming with a brake rotor, will the gs rotor swap over? i know the sprocket crush drive will.

plan is to run pilot road for street then pilot powers for the track.

The rotor will not swap over. You need a new rotor.

Also, if you're going to run specific tires for the track, why not just run slicks then?

They usually go for about $30, actually.

Only when you buy from assholes who want to charge you anything over $4 for domestic shipping.  Fish for one and you'll find it.

well i need a new one any way. so no big deal.

what i dont under stand is why the rear has more wear than the front.

No, a GS rotor wont fit.  One is a 4-bolt rotor and one is a 5-bolt rotor.  The circle block wont fit into the square hole!

I always wondered why you got banned...

Sorry to everyone for setting up the joke that could potentially get this thread TF'ed.
