Can anyone tell me A: whether the fork seals on an 04F are the same as pre02E models? or B: the size of the fork seals on the 04F? I went to a shop today, and they didn't know the right size. Said I could bring in my fork seals when I take em off and get he'd measure em, but I'd rather just know off the bat. Thanks

All years have the same fork and the seals are all the same. 37mm fork tubes. The package I have says 37x49x8/9.5 not quite sure what that means but any seal made for any year gs500 will work.
