Is it just me or is there a ton of tension brewing around this place? I know I have been comming here for almost a year now because of how everyone gets along and for all the great information that is passed around this place. Recently it seems as if there is some EXTREME tension between a few of our members. I hope that the involved members can work it out like adults (or just agree to disagree) and stop turning GS500 in a flame war. Please for the love of GSTWIN, spread the love people!!! :thumb:

What you are observing is really a cyclic phenomenon.
From time to time people let comments tilt their normal routine and they over react.
That's why I try to keep to the subject of the GS. There are differences in opinion on what may be the best way to do something -- they too can get out of hand -- usually the inquirer is of sufficient intelligence to sort out the wheat from the chaff.

As I'm probably one of the members you are talking about, I'm going to say if you don't like the thread then read something else. It's a discussion between myself and the other party, and I think it's been fairly civil thus far.
If you've been here for any length of time, you'd know this is basically a first for me, to actually even comment on another member's work in a critical way of any form.

Go back to your hovel and suck on that "Black Jack" and stare at that white sheetrock for about 72 hours. Blue sheetrock is nice. I love those old time favorites .......cherry, mahogany, walnut.............but they are expensive as hell. Hell, I remember back in my shop class in '68 we had PILES of the aforementioned as scraps and threw the shaZam! in the garbage. What a waste.
