A topic of interest: Lighters. Basically there are three types of people - the losers/discoverers, the thieves, and the cheap bastards.
1) Losers/discoverers - misplace their lighter or forget what, were, who or when the last ime your lighter was thus it can be lost in the same pocket. They go searching for their lighter or discover a new on in their quest for the lighter. Now this is where the second type of people come into play.
2) Thieves - a person that takes your lighter either because they lost thiers, they want yours or by accident. Yes there are accidental thafts.
3) Cheap bastards - the guys that ruin the fun because of cheap lighters.
so which of those catagories do you fall into. I fall into 1 and 2 because me and my friends are always playing this game. I will "Loose" my lighter because i set it somewhere or lent it to someone and then was distracted. I think i set it down and assume i lost it, possibly just in a different pocket, and seek my lighter or the lighter of a friend. Sometimes i accidentally put it in my pocket and walk away and unless they ask for it its mine oops. often they are stolen again because i suck at the ligheter game. Just a little drunk and curious :laugh: :laugh:
None.. my zippo was given to me by my father for being best man in his wedding.. it has my initials engraved in it. I rarely go anywhere without it, and I never set it anywhere but my pocket. Most people don't touch it, I light whatever it is for them. Of course, I only smoke cigars, so I usually have a Z-plus torch insert in it, which is way cooler than the standard soft flame..
I guess I don't fit into either one. :dunno_white: :dunno_white: I know if I lose Mine I won't be Able to Light or Open my Beer.Since I never Lose Mine I don't steal anyone elses and Just replace it with another Bic when it starts to run out.Most of the time I Carry a Spare to Light the Other one with. :laugh: :laugh:
Being a Handyman I've also Carried te Same pair of 5" Visegrips in my Rear Pocket for the past 10 Years. :cookoo: :cookoo:
When I smoked I did it without my wife knowing. Sooo I had a secret cheap lighter, and I used my friends' with whom I smoked. (Am rather glad I quit though :icon_rolleyes:)
So what category is that? :laugh:

i am 1 2 AND 3 :laugh: i do have an ORIGINAL flat top zippo which was my grandfathers which no one, but me, , unless they are really trusted, will use
:laugh: :laugh: I havn't had a lighter that is worth anything so if i get had i normally just ask to use someones light untill i find mine. then of course i steal it back :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:. Unless i happen to get one before i find mine that is
