I am sick of my front forks. I think the right one is bad. I changed the seal (FINALLY) and it's leaking again. The rubberized coating inside the brass seal ring was deteriorated.

I see a pair of forks for an 05 on eBay. Will they work?

Yep.

I'm about to swap some forks from an '89 onto my '02 (as soon as I can afford them)

cool. I have them bookmarked on ebay. I may throw a bid down since replacement parts for my left fork would cost me $35 anyways.
