Does anyone make soft saddlebags that are lockable? I'm not looking for Fort Knox, obviously, but just something to deter the casual grab-and-run thief. I'm getting tired of lugging my tankbag into stores with me when I'm just going to be there for 10 minutes, and I'd like to have some permanant on-bike storage for some random items that I always keep with the bike.
