Terrible job on those pics too, bleaurgh! Awful photography right there.
(no message)
If the bike wasnt reported to insurance.. the title is clear. That DOESNT mean it will be straight, or have gauges(that would affect the title) etc...
You gotta watch out for people like that. :nono:
all that damage happened from his friend riding that bike through a field? uh huh....
Well that's where the bike probably ended up after it plowed through the Field owners fence......
Looks like he maybe took it through a ditch and cartwheeled it or something... (bent rear wheel/ rotor...).
Yes it's a clear title as long as the insurance company hasn't had it deemed as salvage or non street-use etc...(each state seems to have different designations...)
The TL's frames are pretty stout in the steering head area.I like how he says the swingarm is real nice..( except for the rash on it...) LOL.....
Actually he's being super descriptive... I doubt he's out to screw anyone...
The motor kit is worth a few bucks...but there's not alot else that is worth much on it....
A TL1000 motor on a Naked GS.. hmmm now that would be a FIRST! ;)
hmmmm......
Rashad,
Try it! If it works, I'll do it too. We would have the worlds fastest GS's. :thumb:
:? :? rashad, if you can get this done, 1. i will bow down before you. :bs: ,2. i will pay you a visit . i am in tn. i will want to see that! in person. (plus i want to see-that-problem-child-gs of yours.)plus i need inspiration. planning in the near future, maybe in this coming off season?, of trying to mount a gsx1300r hayabusa engine/tranny in gs frame.
hmmm gs1300e sounds fun

Tell you what, that will be a future project...
Right now, im just happy MY motor runs  But yes, 1300E has a nice nice ring to it!!!
Sorry to burst your bubble, guys, but someones got to be reallistic.
NOT GONNA DO IT!
-Anti :thumb:
:? yes right now it is in the realm of :bs: , but i do have what i need. gs500, gsx1300r, engine injector bank., the oonly things i dont have are the wiring for 1300, :x the fuel delivery for it, or time, will have to wait until 500e dies., cause the frame WILL have to be re-inforced something fierce. plus will have to figure out how to mount engine, then again, if 1300 doesnt go into gs 500 frame, i could put into atv chassis?, ah well, will cross bridge when i get to that. by the way, i bet someone told the guy who built a 48 cyl. motorcycle, he couldnt do it either. when someone says i wont do something or cant do something, it then becomes a mission to prove them wrong. maybe i will, then again, maybe ill end up mortgaging the house and then going broke. it hasnt been done yet, cause no one has tried.
Most newer sportbikes use the engine as a frame member to reduce weight and makes the frame pretty strong. you would have to do some cutting of the frame spars and rewelding.
Isnt the fuel pump in the tanks of the fuel injected bikes like a car? I'd get the tank too and use it since your gonna be welding all this stuff up.
Good luck!
Be more fun in a Formula SAE type vehicle that would could autocross/roadrace.
