For anyone paying attention, I just moved from sunny Riverside (southern California) to beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. Where the locals swore it never snows. They were actually still telling me that this morning, as we dug out from the blizzard. :cookoo:
As expected, the GS runs icky here at 4900'. Need fuel injection!!

Not going to be able to get the GS from out behind that small garage door for a while.
Yes, the joy of watching Californians shovel snow was not lost on my new neighbors.

I totally soaked my pillow already.
LUCKY
i want snow. but not until i get new tires on the truck and get the bike stashed safely in my office parking garage.
my winter storage plan - stick it 3 floors underground, and just ride it around the garage when i feel like it.
Lucky you... I wish I had an underground parking garage during the winter.

God Bless Texas. It was about 60 here today. I rode all morning, went to work, and road the long way home.
I freakin love Ft. Collins. Do me a favor: go to Big City Burrito and eat a burrito and tell me exactly how tasty it was. Do this now. Then you must climb to the top of the Horse Tooth, look to the east, and belch. I will be waiting for the belch to travel to my nose in Kansas City. Thank you.
put a paddle tire on the bike and go ride it in the snow!
M'f'king hell ...
I love snow, only thing is, when it snows, it should be measured in feet not inches.
And ...
Looks like that spread eagled pic could land you in the tard farm ... Too many complaints ... :thumb: not the pic, but the fact that you had your pants on >:( ... naked ass on snow ... what ... you too hoyty toyty to do that ... freaking californians.
Cool.
Srinath.
it is pretty... Hope it clears enough for you guys to get back to normal...

Go back to stock jetting!
I have a freind that moved to Denver last November, he's on a R1 (tall African-American, bald), he said he rode last January, and has been doing trackdays there.
Here is a picture of me digging out from a nice drift which decided to settle in front of my front door

What is this "snow" you speak of.....? :dunno_white:
:icon_mrgreen:
I think you put it on a mirror and snort it for that "feel good feeling".
Its so rare that in some places they are selling it for 1000's.
You've heard right ... there is no business like snow business.
Cool.
Srinath.
