Title: An interesting GS500 parts site
Post by: l3uddha on December 29, 2006, 09:45:47 AM
came across this today while browsing some
stuff:

http://www.whaccessories.com/GS500Accessories.htm

just a souce for some already known aftermarket parts & a few others.

That G-Box seems pretty interesting. I wonder if it actually makes a noticable
improvement in performance on the GS....
The RGV replica full faring is cool & there are solo seats for the -00' and 01'-06'
models as well.

everything's pretty darn pricey though...

Dude the solo seat cowl I make looks just like that but a lot cheaper.  :o

I have no idea what a "G-Pack" could possibly do on a GS, other than advance the ignition a few degrees (which Bob will do for you for $5).  There's nothing else that the GS electronics control.  Ain't no such thing as a rev limiter unless you count valve float.  Even so, I can't imagine why you'd want to disable a rev limiter (to blow your engine apart?).  Maybe they mean "governor."
