Title: bike wont start need help

i went to my bike today and i would not start yesterday when my dad parked it he didnt put it into N so when i went to start it today nothing and when i tried putting it in N the light would not come on. i need some help

Make sure - the battery teminals are connected.
the battery has enough fluids, filled to the proper levels.
the fuse is good.
Then charge the battery.

but if it was a battery none of my lights would be on right and when i turn on the key the oil light comes on.

put the kick stand up, make sure the clutch is pulled all the way in.

small key on the tail plastic on the clutch side.  insert key, turn, and lift seat.
