Title: And so it begins...
Post by: brett on February 02, 2007, 11:07:00 AM
After I crashed at the track in November, I decided not to fix up any of the cosmetics on the bike. The tank, clutch cover, and rear frame cover all have some rash on them. The rear frame cover started coming loose yesterday. I debated fixing it up nice, but no... duct tape time! Even though the bike is only a year old, it's been through it's fair share of abuse. 14k miles, two crashes, and more LA freeway time than any vehicle deserves. As much as this may seem like a sin at first, I think ratting it up with her is show of love and respect. Plus, having a speedo that wobbles is kinda fun. ;)

To each his own.  I prefer my bikes to look decent, as not to draw too much unwanted attention, both positive and negative.
