Welcome!  Where are you at in Michigan?  I just moved to the Grand Rapids area.  I know there's a few of us scattered around this state

Definitely.  You're in a great piece of the state.  The Leelanau penninsula's Hwy 22 is a great road to ride.  A loop up past Suttons Bay, then down the Lake Michigan side to Frankfort and back would be a great afternoon ride.  Got to get rid of this nasty white stuff.  Spring is in 20 days?  Let's hope.

I'm in.  Just under three hours away.  The problem is picking the right weekend and doing it.

I feel a planning thread coming on.  Something to catch the eye -- like "2007 Michigan GS500 Meet & Group Ride".

I'm assuming you've already wandered through the 2006 Michigan GS500 Meet & Group Ride (http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=28167.0) thread?  We're always looking for another even and location to explore.
