Christ, what is/was that thing? The only from center-hub steering bikes I can think of off the top of my head are the Honda Elf (http://www.honda.co.jp/Racing/news2006/03/images/r05_b.jpg) bike, the Bimota (http://motociclando.blog.excite.it/img/bimota_tesi2d_2.jpg) bike, and that really ugly touring bike.

That looks really cool. Except for the exhaust headers right where your legs would be... not cool at all.
