I finaly sold my gs. going to miss the little guy but the wife told me that i can only have 2 bikes at one time. (now looking at a sv650 or r6 to use as a "get by butt into truble bike" and keep the cbr1000 for trips and stuff with her)
I sold it to a guy though this web page (Uncle_Ramus) and hope he has as much fun with it as i did.

Hey 2 bikes=10 bikes...How...well this is just an example from my life.
My eli had a bent right upper front suspension. Found out the vulcan 750's front end will fit the eli with no mods needed and is cheap cheap cheap. So got one+ over 100 other parts including a dash and seat for $150. Then I kept the lowers and other parts off the eli as spares for my other eli's. Then I found the springs off the eli suspension will fit the GS and be a great upgrade. So 1 part supplies parts for 3...The gift that keeps on giving man...BTW GS shocks make great low riders for the eli.
Cool.
Srinath.
ya but i can not do stuff like that till i get the shop built to hold it all. the wife wants the to put the car in the grage and well have to make room for it.
after i get the shop then i get to start raceing. (ysr 50 or something small like that and work my way up) then i get lots of toys.. but for now i will settle with just the 2 bikes. and some parts here and there.
I also wanted to give you (srinath and bob b) a thanks for all the help you have given me over the yrs with the little guy.
Sorry to hear that buddy! Well, atleast you had a great time on her and obviously appreciated the GS while you had her!!! Have fun on your other bikes... Be safe!
