Having some trouble finding out the right chain size for a 16 tooth front & 45 tooth rear sprockets.

what do you think? Unfortunatly I dont have access to many tools anymore, so I'd rather just purchase the size I need rather than look for a way to cut it down.

is it just 110+6?
