Anyone know if this would fit the GS?

I remember Piper's post about a gsxr 1100 shock working, but it turns out that his is from an rf900. Any suggestions on this would be welcome.
ps. i let the kat 600 shock go. 50 bucks was wayyyyy too much.
Should fit, looks kinda funky but the price is good right now...
But remember, the 1100 shocks are even harder than the gsxr750 shocks, so the rear of the bike will get (maybe) a bit to stiff. This is because gsxr1100`s weight more than the 750`s. Just to let ya know.
Not harder than the 750's really. Its just not as well made and dont hahve the range of adjustments as the 750. The 94+ 750 shocks are actually much much harder than these. The 1100 guys are tossing their shocks in favor of the 750 so the 1100 ones aren't worth much ... supply and demand and all that.
Cool.
Srinath.
Really? Geee, I really thought the 1100`s were harder. Thanks Srinatch!
I think suzuki changed the leverage ratio of the rear suspension on the 1100...diff from 750.
ar5enal, i have an extra kat 600 shock for $25 if you want one.
I might be interested. What sort of condition is it in? And why did you decide not to use it? Let me know...
I won three shocks off ebay at the same time, 2 kat 600 and one gsxf 1100. So I only need one of them. The kat 600's are 93 and 88. The 93 _might_ be sold, I can let you know tomorrow. They both look in good condition, here are the pics:
