Title: how do I re sync the carbs

I had to replace one of the carbs I need to re sync it.  A couple of weeks ago I saw a homemade meter to do this. but know I cant find it . Help!

What happened to the pic of the Sync tool on the Wiki?  That pic helped alot.

I don't know what you use for a "home made" synch tool, I built my own from about 32 ft. of tubing and some used Auto tranny fluid, and use it to synch 4 carbs on my Kawi. 
Easy, but most inportantly to a Concours owner, CHEAP.......
