Well, I am officialy not a GS owner anymore and it has gone on to another who will put it through the use it deserves. He has already mounted up the 06 fairings on it and seems to be taking pretty good care of it. Hopefully he will join up here in the near future as he has already been browsing for info.
Did you get another bike?
I don't think that I could go back to being bikeless right now. It was long enough going through a four year period without one. I have had the GT650R for about six months now. I was going to just hang on to the gs also but those wonderful things in life that pop up unexpectedly swayed me toward letting it go. I don't feel too bad though bc it wasn't getting much use out of me the last six months and the new owner seems to be the type to take good care of it..
