Title: Serious Carb Guru Needed
Post by: coll0412 on April 25, 2007, 10:31:13 AM
Hey guys I am posting this for someone else. They took apart there carbs for a GS500 race bike and these two parts fell of and he is not sure where they go. My guess was the idle screw, but maybe you guys can help identify where they might go. Here is a picture of the parts, the second one is a small  metal washer. Thanks Guys, and I know this is a little vague but I figured you guys might be able to help

Air screw or idle screw ... depening on the size.
If it will sit on that idle screw's threaded area then idle screw. Else air screw.
Cool.

Looks like #48 for the spring and #37 for the washer.

I have lost too many of those #48 springs.
