I've got a set of clip ons off of an old CBR600 with 37mm forks. I'm selling my bike this weekend and if the buyers don't want them, I'll sell them to somebody on the board for a reasonable ammount. Check the for sale section next week.

As for how to mount the headlight, you could remove your top plate from your top tripple and then you'd only need to slide your forks up about 1/2" to mount the clip ons above the tripple.

Or if you want to mount them below the tripple, you can buy some simple and cheap universal headlight brackets.

Maybee if you don't remove the top plate, but if you remove the top plate off of the tripple, you'd only need to slide the fork up about 1/2" and that should be fine. Of course you'd need to figure out another way to mount your gauges which would be harder than the head light. I don't know why I can't find them on ebay, but usually you can find a simple universal headlight brackett. You could do a search for Bent Bike in Lynwood and call them up. They have bracketts for $10 or so and they ship
